A coaching session will be 45 minutes long. Experience has taught me that 30 minutes does not give you enough time to explore the areas you wish to be coached on and 1 hour can be too long the reason being that coaching sessions can be very intense.

The session will take place over the phone therefore this allows you maximum time to focus as there is no travel required and it will
be from the comfort of there home (or wherever it is that they decide

This is completely dependent of the area that you are being coached on. To get best value and see maximum results I would recommend between 10 – 12 sessions, if however the goal is smaller and can be achieved faster then 4 sessions may be more appropriate.
Well this goes hand in hand with how many sessions are required. To gain maximum results coaching works best on a regular basis as it allows for momentum to be kept up. Therefore a recommendation of being coached weekly or fortnightly would be beneficial.
