So what about me?

Well, my background is in HR. I stumbled across Coaching when I was looking for something that would start where the HR part would end. I trained at the Coaching Academy and am an Accredited Coach and also a NLP, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis Practitioner. One of the many things I was taught while completing my Coaching training was that in order to be a great coach you must have been coached in order to coach others.

When I was coached it was a fantastic experience that allowed me to achieve my goals. Therefore if it can help me then coaching needs to be shown for all its amazing benefits to the world.
